Shipping Information
At Calypso Twist, our goal is to deliver your purchase in the quickest and most economical way possible. We review each order individually, factoring in destination, weight and size of items. We work very closely with each artist so that production schedules may accommodate each customer’s needs. In the event of a shipping delay, Calypso Twist will notify you promptly. Orders consisting of more than one item may be shipped separately in order to better serve you.
Our preferred shipper is UPS; we do not ship to PO boxes.
Many oversized pieces are too large or heavy to ship UPS and will require shipment by a freight delivery service. These items will be shipped in large boxes which may be placed on a shipping pallet. Your delivery will be scheduled within a 4 hour window. Deliveries by a freight delivery service are typically made by a single driver and do not include transporting the item into the house, unpacking or assembly.
Upon receipt of your delivery, it is critical that you unpack and inspect the item prior to signing the delivery receipt. Calypso Twist cannot be held responsible for items damaged in transit that are not noted at the time of delivery.
