At Calypso Twist, we are proud of the products we offer and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In addition to the hundreds of products we carry, we are honored to represent artists who will custom create a beautiful piece to your specifications. Due to the individualized creation of each piece, custom-altered or designed items, including all Sticks pieces, cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact Customer Service at (925) 944-4860 or send us an email: info@calypsotwist.com within 7 days of delivery. A return authorization number will be issued with instructions for the return. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
